Windows 10: Update Windows 1803 to 1903 error 0x80070005

Since ~3 months I try to update my Windows from version 1803 to 1903.
Every time it fails while installing and I receive error code 0x80070005. Once I received error code 0xc1900130.
So far I tried: normal windows update in settings menu, installing via Windows 10 Update Assistant (Windows10Upgrade9252-Executable), Media Creation Tool. Everything multiple times and I sometimes I closed as many programs as possible that could somehow interfere with the update process.
I have Kaspersky Internet Security installed. On three attempts I disabled the antivirus program and terminated it. Same output.
