Windows 10: Updated all the drivers but 2nd monitor is still not showing

I've already updated all the drivers in my laptop, and I already tried to uninstall and install it again but still no sign of detecting the 2nd monitor.

Windows 10 Spring Creators update breaks 2nd monitor

I've got an Nvidia GTX-1080 card and two monitors. The primary is a 4k2k monitor (Acer B286HK) and it's working. The secondary monitor is a Sceptre 1080p monitor (no model readily visible). After the update today suddenly my monitor is not working.
I've updated to the newest NVidia drivers and still no go. I've searched on here and none of the steps have worked. Using Google I found lots of people saying that TV support was removed. My 2nd monitor is an actual monitor, so I don't think that's it either.
I've tried rolling back the video driver as suggested in another post which was unsuccessful.

How do I get my system working again without reinstalling from the Fall Creators DVD I have and completely disabling updates on my router?

One possible reason why your 2nd monitor is not working is graphics driver issue. For further assistance with this, we'd like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this issue (e.g. Windows updates)?
  
• What is the make and model of your graphics card?
