Windows 10: Updated my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but an update still shows for Windows 10; should it be...

I just installed Windows 11 today 01/31/2023.The upload and installation went well.The system depicts an update for Windows 10 needs to be installed: 2023-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64 KB5022476.Should it be installed even though we are currently running Windows 11?If not, how do I remove the notice?Thanks

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.
