Updated my windows and now my games are all within the 7 to 23 fps range

Good dayEver since I updated my windows on the 15th of February 2025, all my video games have been playing within the range of 7 to 23 fps, I have updated my drivers, clean reinstalled them, reset my pc tiwce, put all my in-game graphic settings at the lowest setting, put my battery on maximum performance. My GPU is a RTX 3060 so games should not be a problem, beisdes the games were all working perfectly before the update. I tried looking for an older windows version to install but I cant find them and I would not want to do anything to break my pc.Please help,Thank you.

    :)

  3. All games are capped at 60 fps after Windows 10 Update

After the latest windows 10 update. All games seem to be capped at 60 fps when before the update I got well over 80 fps. I DO NOT have vsync enabled nor do I have Game DVR enabled. I looked all over online and have received no help. Any suggestions?
