Windows 10: Updated Store app not showing new Downloads page

My Microsoft Store app has been updated to version 22407.1401.3.0 on Windows 22H2 19045.4780 but the new Downloads page, as described in "New Library and Downloads page" in "What's New" is missing. The Library page still shows a Get Updates button, the new search bar is missing, but the list of apps no longer shows recently modified apps at the top. Another of my PCs with the same version of Store and Windows is working correctly. I have tried several restarts, wsreset.exe, signing out and back in again, DISM and SFC, and reinstalling/re-registering Store using Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.Win

In order to diagnose the issue, we suggest that you try the following methods:

Method 1: Kindly run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

Method 2: We suggest that you manually reset the Windows Store app cache
and then try to update apps again. To manually reset, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type CMD, and right-click CMD
  from the results.
• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.

Windows Firewall blocks App Store from downloading new apps

Hi,

Let's try to check if the app store you're referring to if it's really blocked by Windows Firewall. See these steps:

• Open Windows Firewall from the taskbar >
  Firewall & network protection > Allow an app through firewall.
• A new window will show up containing the list of the apps that ca be allowed through Firewall.
• Look for the app you want to be accessed, and make sure that the Domain, Private and Public are ticked. That would allow the app store to be accessed.

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

Do you face an issue with a particular\ all apps?

As you have issue with the store downloading apps, try to run these inbuilt troubleshooters.

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.
