Windows 10: Updated to version 21H2. Login screen stiil shows "install newer version of Windows"

I wonder if any kind person might be to help please?Received a message on the Win 10 login screen;"Your device needs updates to stay protected" "Install a newer version of Windows 10"Went to Windows Update and installed;2021-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB40230572021-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB5008212Updates show as having been successfully installed.No other updates available.About my PC now shows..Edition: Window 10 HomeVersion: 21H2OS Build: 19044.1415Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0P

KB4023057 Version 21H2 appears in Windows updater for a moment

Hi

In Windows Update KB4023057 Version 21H2 appears and it wants to downloading but stops immediately at 0% and disappears.
Under View update history the update appears as Successfully installed on 9/9/2021.

I can manually check for updates and the update appears again for 2 seconds.

I run the Windows 10 Update troubleshooter. Didn't found any issues. Wanted to uninstall the update but it isn't listed under Uninstall Updates in View Update History.

Not sure if relevant; As Optional quality update available is cumulative preview for 21H2 (KB5007253). Usually I don't install optional updates.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure where the newer version came from as Asus doesn't list that version for your laptop....maybe Windows update did it and often windows update is wrong.

I just went to the Intel website to run a scan and it said the chipset driver was valid, it is the latest version.
I don't want to install an older version.
