Windows 10: Updated to Windows 11 and now games keep freezing time to time.

Updated to Windows 11 and now games keep freezing time to time. I had to give up some games and streaming for now. This PC is compatible, it is custom build not even a year old. Windows has been blowing up notifications that it is compatible on this PC. I made sure everything was up to date. GPU: Nividia GeForce RTX 408032 GB RamDrivers:Samsung SSD 990 Pro,1TBSamsung SSD 970 EVO Plus, 2TBProcessor:AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Games freeze all the time

... and they do that since graphics card update. First, there was the Radeon x600. It died. So I needed a new card. Was a Radeon HD 2600. Installed new drivers, even reinstalled Windows. Games began to freeze after a couple minutes, the only game playable was Rollercoaster Tycoon 2*Oh Well hwell:. Some time later i bought a Radeon HD 3850. And again, reinstalled Windows and added the latest drivers. And again! No game playable. They all work fine for about ten minutes, and then freeze. *Bang Head :banghead: It can not be the temps as they don´t go over 90 degrees, wich, according to ATI CCC, is in normal range. It can not be the PSU either, since its rather new and powerful enough. So what else could it be?
I thought about the Mainboard, a MSI MS-7046, quite some years old. Could it be that it doesn´t "like" the new graphics card, since its an OEM-Mainboard? Or that it simply is too old? Or what the fudge else...

windows 11 freezes in random times when playing games or in desktop and keeps freezing for 1 sec but this is annoying .

when I bought this PC in 2 months ago everything was OK

note: all Temperatures in the Perfect Ranges

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU: Nividia RTX 2060 6gb

RAMs : 2x8 GB 3200 MHZ

SSD : 256 G Kingstone

I hope you're all doing well. I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 and I'm excited to dive into my favorite games. However, I'm encountering a frustrating issue where the game consistently freezes and crashes at random intervals during gameplay.

I've updated my graphics drivers to the latest version and made sure that my system meets the game's recommended requirements. I've also tried adjusting in-game graphics settings to lower levels, but the problem persists. It's really taking away from my gaming experience.

Has anyone else experienced similar freezing and crashing issues on Windows 11? If so, how did you manage to resolve them? I'm open to any suggestions or troubleshooting steps that might help me get back to smooth and enjoyable gaming sessions.
