Windows 10: updated win 10 to 1809 on 2/2/19. Keeps showing "error AMD no longer working"?

I just updated from Win10 1803 to 1809. The only problem I have is this message, "error AMD Quick Stream no longer working"; Could someone please tell what to do with this error message?

Type Cover 2 not working with WIndows 10 (Release)

So, after suggesting checking for firmware updates, it does appear there was a firmware release July 23, 2015 that resolves this issue. The step-by-step directions as well as the firmware release history for the Surface Pro 2 can be found here.

 

Win Update 1809 KB4467702 keeps failing

I have tried running the Win Update Troubleshooter over 10 times. It says it is errasing the download and rebuilding the database, then it trlls me to restart and download the update again. I keep getting the same FAILURE ERROR. This is an older computer
that was upgraded from Windows 7 Pro. Every Windows 10 update gives this computer massive troubles, but I have no way to stop the update process.

Intel Updates Core 2 Quad Q9550 to E-0 Stepping

We continue our Monday news list with another Intel story that brings to our attention information concerning the company and more specificly its 2.83GHz Core 2 Quad Q9550 chips that will move from the current C-1 to the newer E-0 stepping. The updated chips will start selling on August 22nd, featuring the following changes:

• New SSpec and MM numbers for the converting products
• CPUID will change from 0x10677 to 0x1067A
• Package change to Halide free package

Apart from that, the new stepping CPUs will not include any other changes. Of course, like most new stepping parts a BIOS update will be needed.
