Windows 10: Updated Windows 1803 deleted some programs and more

My computer automatically updated me to Windows 1803 and all hell broke loose. Internet Explorer stopped showing the Trusteer icon; Google Chrome stopped allowing me to add Trusteer websites; my computer's HP Recovery Manager that came pre-installed with my computer was deleted from the program list so I can not do an HP computer system restore only a Windows restore; my sensitive websites I manually added to Trusteer were deleted and now stand at zero; my printer was disconnected from my computer and I had to find my CD and connect it again, and even then it was a hard go...I think Windows 1803 wants everyone to use the cloud printer or another of their printers; My HP Support Assistant was not working and I had to find it and download it again. I finally reverted back to Windows 1709 only to have my HP Recover Manager and HP Support Assistant still missing ... I spent hours trying to download them again...and Trusteer still not showing an icon in Internet Explorer. In short, Windows 1803 is full of bugs and people should be given the choice of whether or not to download upgrades and also told of risks to the upgrade. Very disappointed

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Microsoft Rolls Out Windows 10 April 2018 Update (build 1803)

Any Office365 users here? Does Outlook (or any Office app for that matter) request activation after each system restart post this Windows 1803 update?
