Windows 10: Updater.exe - ffmpeg.dll was not found

This error apperead seemingly out of nowhere, i have tried to search for solutions, but to no avail.All of the solutions refer to specific apps, though mine refers to an Updater.exe, all of my applications work just fine, i have tried to reset my pc, keeping my files with a cloud download, but still the error appeared.I also tried to run a System File Checker SFC, it showed no problems.I scanned both my drives C:, D: for viruses, it showed no viruses.The error looks like this:Updater.exe - System errorThe code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found. UT3.EXE Kernel32.DLL error

Kernell32.dll is not the piece being shut down, it is UT3.EXE with mod name kernel32.dll.

I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if it helps resolve the issue.

• Uninstall all those apps (using revo uninstaller) which are giving you msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll files missing error
• Open the link below

And download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4.

3. Download VSU_4\vcredist_x64.exe if you’ll be installing this on Windows 10 64bit.

When does the Operating system verify the Authenticode Signatures for signed EXEs and signed DLLs?

When PE Files (exes, dlls etc.) are code signed using signtool, they can be verified to check if they have been authored by trusted publishers. In which scenarios does the Operating system actually verify signed EXEs and DLLs?

1. Are signatures of EXEs verified every time they are run?
2. If an EXE has a dynamically linked DLL, is the DLL's signature verified when the EXE is run?
   
3. If the EXE dynamically loads a DLL using LoadLibrary, is the DLL's signature verified when the EXE is run?
4. When an EXE requires elevated privilege (UAC), is the signature of the EXE and the DLL dependencies verified as well? (1-3)
