Windows 10: Updates for 2004 Keep going to OPTIONAL & some wont go away

WHY are the 2004 UPDATES going into Optional... they never went there before?


And WHY are some updates downloading and Installing and then DONT GO AWAY???

Windows 10 Optional Feature Update 2004

My version = Windows 10 Home - 1909 - 64 bit - currently kept daily updated.

Optional update 2004 first appeared on my update list on 17 June.
On 24 June it was removed and no longer shows as an optional update.

Anybody know why it has suddenly disappeared ?

Method 2: I suggest you to run in-built Power troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

Method 3: If the above method doesn’t help, I would suggest you to reset and restore all of the default Power Plans back with their default settings. Follow the steps.

Method 4: Lastly I suggest you check your chipset and video drivers, try checking for the updates from the manufacturer's website and update all the necessary drivers, i.e the chipset and video drivers

If you are also getting the message like Thomas above that it's not quite ready for your device, MS probably found another known issue that is severe enough to put a block on your machine.
