Windows 10: Updates KB5039211 and KB5039212 broke the Generic Text Driver

We have a handful of computers that have to use this driver for the label maker. I am having to uninstall this update on a daily basis and I am curious if Microsoft is coming out with a patch for this issue. This is effecting both Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines. Since they are on the same network as cash registers that accept money, it is mandatory that they stay patched. I have been having to uninstall this single update everyday for the last 2 weeks.

We too are experiencing issues printing after June 2024 Cumulative update (KB5039211) Windows 10 and (KB5039212) Windows 11.

We use DATAMAX label printers and they have all stopped working. Tried reinstalling and updating drivers to no avail. The only solution was to remove the Windows updates (Temporary fix).

We use the Generic / Text printer driver for the labels.

We use Nicelabel HONEYWELL label printers and they have all stopped working. Tried reinstalling and updating drivers to no avail. The only solution was to remove the Windows updates (Temporary fix).

Printer stopped working after applying KB5039211 for Windows 10
and KB5039212 for Windows 11

I work with an CNC / plotter (HP/GL) on Windows 10 / Windows 11.

After applying the update KB5039211 & KB5039212 the plotter stopped
working.

Could not find any workaround other than removing the patches.
