Windows 10: Updates not up to date, yet laptop is saying it is?

Hey, so basically I got this laptop around 2017 and I ended up not using it for years because this thing got a lot of viruses on it, and I ended up forgetting the password. Yesterday I found the password and factory reset it, I've updated it but its pretty clear it's not up-to-date, but the laptop is saying it is and there is no way to update. is this because of the age of the laptop or is it something else, and is there anyway to update it, specifically is there a way to update it to windows 11 because I feel that the laptop is prone to viruses at the state that it's in and I would feel less

Windows updates are not updating but says it's up to date

When I checked my updates in View updates, there are no updates listed but in settings it says my system is up to date,
This is on a 10049 updated from 10041, apart from this it works reasonably well.

• Are you referring to Office Outlook (Mail client version)/ Mail app/ Windows Live Mail?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• What is the exact issues you are facing?

Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any updates for Mail app in Windows Store. If found try to update the app.

Step 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.
