    Updating firmware in Spot Gen 3 via Windows 10 laptop and USB


    I am trying to update firmware and sync a Spot Gen 3 tracker using Spot Windows Updater2.6.3. My laptop does not recognise the Spot device when plugged in via USB. Spot Windows Updater displays "Waiting For Device: Note New Drivers May Take TIme To Load" but nothing is happening. The USB port and cable work with other USB devices. Where can I attempt to download drivers for the Spot?
