    updating from 9926 to 10041 on SLOW, error 0x80070050


    Hello,

    When i try to update from 9926 to 10041, i get the error 0x80070050.

    It downloads the update, gets stuck on "preparing to install" step and then shows me the error 0x80070050.

    I searched online, could not find a solution, many of the solutions (with different error codes) talked about modifying some registry entries, but my registry values seem to be fine.

    I also tried stopping services and renaming some folders under %windir% and %windir%/system32 but got the same result.

    I also tried to switch to FAST and download 10049 but again, got the same error.

    I am trying to update the windows 10 to version 1670 from windows update settings, but when the installation is finished this message appears.

    Problem solved by manually deleting everything in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
