  1. Updating my audio drivers causes and odd sound to occur seemingly at random

I wanted to get more bass on my computer so I looked up how to do that. I saw that I need to go to the enhancements tab and enable bass boost. One problem: there is no enhancements tab for me in my audio settings. I looked up a video on how to fix this and I saw many videos saying to update my driver to High Definition Audio device. While this solution does work at making the enhancements tab appear, it also causes an incredibly annoying sound that seems to occur almost at random at times. The only way I can think to describe it is like it's just bass for about half a second. Sometimes it happens when I load a video or game or sometimes when I close and application, although so far, it seems to just be random from what I can tell.

Windows Installed An Odd Audio Driver

Despite me telling Microsoft to postpone a Windows update, it disregarded my instructions, installed one anyway and has another scheduled to install. I suppose because they think we're just taking up space on their planet. But I digress.

I now have an audio driver that has installed itself via Microsoft for the audio speaker in my display monitor. It is listed in my playback devices as 2962 (2 - NVIDIA High Definition Audio). I could just disable it but unless there's something else going on that may cause problems I'm unaware of, I wouldn't mind in so much if I could just rename it. Several photos attached.

    Suggestions?

    Windows 10 64
    Version 1909 OS Build 18363.1016
