Windows 10: Updating Software via PC for my car

Hi, I am trying to download a software update for my cars map and infotainment system, from Citroen without success. I can download the file from Citroen website, but when I try to open and run the file on my pc it will not Install. It says, "Installation Aborted Setup was not completed successfully". I need to load it onto the pc to enable me to then transfer it onto a USB stick and then into the car. I am running Windows 11. I have 660GB free space on the computer and am running it as administrator. I have tried loading it with Avast security turned off. I would appreciate any help anybody m

Pairing a phone to a car

Thanks mate I will give that a try as there are two phones listed on the car one being the Pixel being a replacement for a Samsung.

I did also see a trick on YouTube to whereby you disconnect the battery negative form the battery leave for a few seconds and then connect back up and try resetting the Blu tooth again - I suppose a bit like a rebooting a computer anyway worth a try if your suggestion doesn't work.
