Windows 10: Updating to Windows 10 version 22H2 Fails

Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 update is available for my desktop PC.And it fails every time. update downloading is okay. but after restarting it states failed install attempt and error code. Below are the error codes I got so far.0x8024000b0x80242016Current version is 1909 OS Build 18363.418

Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎9/24/‎2023

I recently did a clean install of windows 10 pro which has been fine since 2017. The only issue is installing the feature update 22h2. It goes through the download and install but after the restart it says it failed to install and it starts all over again.

I found a similar issue titled "Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎3/10/‎2023 0x8007001f"

I followed the steps listed in the techs response however, I was unable to rename the folders in step 2 or resolve the issue.

Can you advise please. TIA

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update. When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
