    Updating Win 11 issue


    Hi there! I tried to update from Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 25290.1010 to Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 25300.1000 rs_prerelease twice, getting a GSOD with the 0xC1900101-0x20017 error code both times during the early installation phase. I've done some research on the web and the 0xC1900101 code seems to be related to a faulty storage driver. I'm not in a hurry to catch up so I can wait till the bug gets fixed. If this not a well known issue and you guys need a summary of my box, please tell me what to upload and where.Advice and directions will be mucho appreciated.

    win 11 22h2 update printer issue

    Exactly the same issue as Win 10 print nightmare patch- I was able to browse to printer using ip on Win 10 but that doesn't work (permission issue?) on Win 11 home 22h2! The suggestion to reload windows is laughable as this happens right from brand new!

    Windows 11 update issue

    I ran PC Health Checkup to see if my laptop meets the requirements for Win 11 update. It says my processor is not supported for Win 11. But looking at this page that PC Health Checkup suggests Windows 11 System Requirements - Microsoft Support my processor is in the list of approved processors Windows Processor Requirements Windows 10 21H1 Supported Intel Processors. It is Intel Core i7-7500U and CPU is 2.70 GHz and dual-core which is supposed to meet the requirement according to the page. My windows edition is Windows 10 Home version 21H1 and my processor is listed as approved for this version.

    Other requirement issues are - (i) PC must support secure boot, and (ii) TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PC. These two issues can be fixed.

    Please help with the processor issue. I don't understand why it says it does not qualify when it is listed as an approved version.
