    my laptop is currently updating windows 10 1803 to 1903 and every time the upgrade is stopping at 89 % . I got those 2 messages:

    - 2019-10 Cumulative Update for .Net framework 4.8 for windows 10 version 1803 for x64 (KB4519572)

    status: pending

    - Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 language packs for windows 10 version 1803 for x64 (KB4087642)

    Status : Pending


    and also a notification that the version of windows I am using is nearing end of support.

    Stuck multiple times at 89% while updating Windows 10 to version 1903

    Recently I tried to update win10 to the latest version 1903, but it failed multiple
    times: always stuck at 89% with the same error code: 0xC1900101-0x4000D, indicating installation failed during the stage of SECOND_BOOT while attempting MIGRATE_DATA. I also tried Media Creation Tool after trying
    the regular windows update. It failed also with the same error code.

    Here are the log files you might need to figure out what is wrong with the update:

    1. The Panther logs. Files named Setupact.log and Setuperr.log Panther
    2. The Rollback logs: Files named Setupact.log and Setuperr.log Rollback
    3. The Device Install Logs from C:/$Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\ : Device Install
    4. By the way, i have never encountered with blue screen.

    I have windows 10 x64 home edition, version 1803.

    I'm trying to update it to the new onw, version 1903, but my pc freezes every time when the installation is going to finish (around 80%).

    I tried to update the OS in different ways:

    1. Start > Settings > Update
      & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.
      If updates are available, install them.
    2. Download the Update Assistant
    3. Download the Media Creation Tool 1903
    The result is always the same.

    No errors, only pc freezing.

    What do you suggest to do?
