    Updating windows 10 to 1809 version on Dell Vostro 14 3468.


    Dell Notebook Vostro 14 3468 has been tested by Dell themselves and they said my device is compatible with the Windows 10 1809. However, when I go to the Update & Security it said I am up to date. I decided to use Windows 10 Update Assistant it said"Can't find the necessary files. Please check if you have permission to write to the installation folder." I really want to update to the new version without having to use the Media Creation Tool since I don't have the Windows 10 license code with me.


    What can I do?

    my pc dell vostro 14 3468 del support assit is no opening

    it showing not responding after I updated my windos 10 version
