Windows 10: Updation of already working old ver. of Window10 to new ver.

I got window 10 as a replacement of Window 8 in 2015. I was not able to update window to Ver.1709. However with online help I was able to update to Vr. 1709 on 22/12/2017. Once I did so the Auotomatic update is not functioning. I get the message " Your device is at risk because it's out of date and missing important security and quality updates. Let's get you back on track so Windows can run more securely. Select this button to get going:" When i tried to update i get the message Ox80096004. How to update?

is this new VER? 2.2009.51.1

No that's the very old ver(PR1.1).. the latest is 3.2010.02 (PR1.1.1)

 

ThrottleStop Ver. 830

webb... ver 8.40 will NOT clock my xeons using the turbo multi... they are fully stuck on 2.2ghz. Ver 8.30 will clock my xeons using the turbo multis so i was able to go up to 2.7ghz on all 24 cores and that was FUN! Anything fix you can think of to get this new version to work with the xeons turbo multi's?

Is it possible to keep using throttlestop version 830 and NOT ver 840? I keep getting an error saying ver 830 has expired and using ver 840 will NOT clock my 2670v3 dual xeon PC even close to where ver 830 let me>>>> HELP!!!!!! Thanks a million to anyone that can help me!!
