Windows 10: Upgrade catastrophe

I have an HP2000 and upgraded to windows 10 successfully but after a couple days programs started to display information that didn't belong on those programs or it would alternate between an earlier biult version of the program and current one on its own. I decided to restart it and I got a windows update error, that same day my bank called me to let me know that my bank account was frozen due to a breach of my banking info and multiple attempts a purchasing multiple items in several different states simultaneously, which is odd to me for that to happen when my computer crashed but anyways tha

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
