    Upgrade failing


    I installed 10162 on 2 of my pcs, actually 1 surface and one pc with absolutely no problem at all. But my main pc will not install it. It is trying to do the upgrade from 10159. It downloads and gets stuck at 0 percent on the install ring for about a half an hour and then it reverts back. I tried this about 5 times and no go. So i downloaded the ISO and that does not install either. I get this message The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT OPERATION Can some one please help? *Mad

    How do I stop ALL marketing emails from MIcrosoft???

    My communications sections in profile shows NO INTEREST IN ANYTHING FROM MICROSOFT but I continue to get marketing information.

    How do I stop the MARKETING?
