Upgrade fails at 38% configure devices

I have made 3 attempts at upgrading my Toshiba Satellite notebook from Windows 7 home premium to windows 10. Have tried both the upgrade sent via the Microsoft message and using the media creation tool. All 3 times it stopped in configuring devices at 38%, 47% overall progress. The setuperrlog.txt is:

  2. Nokia 2600 classic isync via bluetooth fails?

    Hi all,

I just got hold of new Nokia 2600 classic and bought the novamedia.de plugin for use with iSync. Everything seems to go OK at first, but then it fails. Anyone else get this working? Is there a trick to it? I get the following error message in iSync:

[Nokia 2600c-2] An unexpected error occured.

    Device "Nokia 2600c-2" synchronization failed

    and on the phone

"Data transfer not possible. Check data connection".

Below is the full log on iSync

[31Jul]12:38 Error [Nokia 2600c-2] An unexpected error occured.

[31Jul]12:38 Error Device "Nokia 2600c-2" synchronization failed

It seems to work OK to read the data from the Nokia but then fails when trying to update the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Cheers

I have tried uninstalling any hidden device drivers, removing all USB devices possible, ran sfc /scannow and rebooted after corrupt files were fixed (ran again and came back clean). I also reset the windows update components (renamed softwaredistrubtion
    can catroor2 per instructions here: 0xC1000101 - 0x20017 when upgrading windows 10)
