Windows 10: Upgrade from W10 to W11, does it keep everything including timestamps?

I am on an HP PC with current Windows 10, looking to go to Windows 11, it is compatible, I know for some reason when transferring files to a flash drive their original timestamps are sometimes lost, does an upgrade not care about timestamps? Anything else I should know could get lost? Obviously back up before doing this but can anyone report everything everything same or similar? I can record timestamps to a file and maybe restore in case that helps but I may need a similar file structure so will like under "Users/me" be of similar file and folders structure? I know at least with mine it won't

How to transfer W10 License to W11

I stupidly thought that if I was going to have a new PC, I might as well put W11 on it and, as I mentioned, having had problems which could not be solved with one PC when I upgraded from W7 to W10, I got afraid of having something similar happen when switching from W10 to W11, silly of me I guess, especially now that I find out that W11 is still half baked with (luckily until now) small problems that are more irritating than crimpling. I actually blew a couple of dollar on an additional 1TB SSD-M2 yesterday to do just what you suggest and I feel like a fool for buying W11.

Why does upgrading to W11 from W10 degrade startup performance significantly?

On an Acer laptop, I upgraded to W11 from W10 after several "suggestion" messages from Microsoft to do that. Big mistake. Bootup now takes significantly longer as well as intermittent sluggishness on the internet. Sorry I upgraded. Is there any easy fix to this?
