Windows 10: Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 build 10.0.22623.1245 fails with 0xC1900101-0x40017

Hi,So I'm attempting an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. It does seems to fail regardless of build, but the one I'm trying now is the one mentioned in the question's title, and this is the build I've got logs for atm.I'm attempting the upgrade through windows update. It seems to go well -- it reboots, eventually comes to the black screen with the progress percentage, and eventually reboots. The first reboot seems to go well - it goes back to the black screen with the progress indicator. Then it reboots again, the spinner spins for a while, then suddenly a green screen of death. Hi - I have tried to upgrade from Windows 7 to !0 a couple of times and both times it has failed. The latest attempt came up with the error code - 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 - Failed on Second Boot?

Has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is?

I got rid of all my virus protection and I tried again, but now I have windows defender on there (built into Windows 10) I don't even know how it works on windows 7. I cant get rid of it and I tried installing windows 10 again, but no use.
