Windows 10: upgrade from windows 8.1 single languagelicense activated, to windows 10 home single...

I have one user who's PC is from windows 8.1 single language to upgrade windows 10 home single language 22H2.Digital license from windows 8.1 single language was activated via cmd slmgr /ato and product was activated successfully.After upgrading to windows 10 home single language, it says no digital license was found, windows not activated.specific error code below.Error: 0x803F7001No hardware changes has been made.

Windows 10 Home Single language cannot activate

I recently own a windows 8 single language which come with a pre-install windows while buying a Sony Vaio, I download Win 8.1 single language from the official website and boot again with it, It can get activate without any problems. I got Windows 10
upgrade notification, due to slow in internet connection I could not upgrade. So I download the iso of Windows 10 Home single language through MediaCreationToolx64 from the official microsoft. Booting goes perfect, but I cannot activate the windows. activating
error (Error code: 0xC004C003) I try activating with 'SLUI 4' still activation error. If any option please do suggest me.

 

Windows 10 Upgrade for Windows 8 Single Language OEM (Lenovo)

I am using Windows 8.1 Single Language 64-bit that was upgraded from Window 8 Single Language via Store app. Now I have reserved my Windows 10 upgrade.

• Will it be free?
• How the license work with OEM pre-installed Windows?
• Do I need to do anything special with my laptop?
• Should I just reserve and wait?

I have seen some screenshots showing Microsoft telling people to buy new $199 license to activate the upgrade which I don't want to and I don't want that message to show up in my screen telling me to pay $199. The reason is there is no online payment here
in my country unless of course, I borrow my family's paypal which might not be convenient.

Some people suggest using a non official tool called Microsoft Toolkit to backup license which you, Microsoft employees, will not suggest to do and I don't think I want to mess up my license. I want this as least nerdy as possible. No command line no .iso
mounting. No license note-taking. Just simple things please. However, you can suggest the tech savvy way on the last part of you answer since I am not that nooby in computer. Thank you.

I would like to inform that, Windows 8.1 single language will be upgraded to Windows 10 single language.

I suggest you to perform an Media creation toll and install Windows 10 on your computer and check.
