Upgrade of Windows 7 64Bit Home Premium to Windows 10 Home 64Bit fails as well with Upgrade...

I today tried again to upgrade my windows 7 home premium to windows 10 home (64bit), after it failed when windows 10 was introduced by Microsoft.

First I tried it with Wibndows 10 Upgrade assistant and it failed with error 0x80070005 and after that I created an USB Medium with media cration tool and tried this setup.

This failed to with a message then "an error has occured" and without further explenation.

The log showed Error 0x80070002 and "Failed to delete service from the backup store, error = 0x80070002".

I did deinstall all virus and security software before as well as a restart of my PC.

Also I did a check/repair of windows update (no errors found) and a chkdsk /r (no errors found).

It is no option to make e complete new Windows setup loosing all installed programs and settings.

So does anyone hav an advice for me to solve this problem?

If there is no solution I will kreep Windows 7 and never upgrade to windows 10.

    Best regards

    :)

Unable to activate Windows 10 after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

    Original Title:
Unable upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

    Hi,

I have a laptop which was originally bought in 2012 with MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and I upgraded to Windows 10 with the free upgrade offer last summer. A few days ago Windows crashed, guessing as a result of an installation
of the latest Lexmark Printer Driver, and I was unable to get into Windows as I received the messages “Inaccessible_boot_device” and “WDF_violation”. Although I tried most of the suggested solutions to the problem it was not solved and I had to take it to
the store where I had bought it from and have the hard drive formatted and the original MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit re-installed. Then when I tried to upgrade again to MS Windows 10, having downloaded the relevant software, the system did not accept the
Product Key Number, although nothing (software or hardware) in the computer has been changed. I think that I am entitled to a free upgrade to MS Windows 10 so please advise respectively.
