    Why Live Tile is updated in Windows Phone @ 30 Mins interval?

    I tried as per suggested steps, unfortunalty does not help.



    I think it is Windows OS Limitation to have tile update on every 30 mins.

    How to stop upgrade to windows 10 popups

    Have Win 8.1 Every 30 minutes Windows gives me a popup telling me to upgrade to 10. I don't want to. how do I stop the popups?
