Windows 10: upgrade to windows 11 and get a formated laptop !?

hi , I got a virus so I formatted my laptop and installed windows 10 , now when I turn the lap on I see something like that .... if I pressed Download and install will all my files and data be deleted , its almost 190 gb , and i dont have any external hardesk to back it up , so will it be deleted???

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

Defragment and Optimization. To do a Defragmentation in Windows 10, follow these steps:

  Administrative Tools.

  Click on
  Defragment and Optimize Drives.
  

After doing the Defragmentation, you can now disable those applications that is running in the background by performing
a Clean Boot to improve the performance of your laptop.

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
