Windows 10: Upgrade to Windows 11 computer question

Will I be able to install an old version of Microsoft Office and an old version of Quick Books, both of which still serve my purposes and I do not want to upgrade them. Have on CD’s/DVDs to install. I do know that there are issues installing some programs that are not in the Windows store; however, a workaround exists for that issue, not sure on these two programs.

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
