Windows 10: Upgrade to Windows 11 failing

Hello everyone. Having trouble upgrading a WIn 10 pro machine to Win 11 pro. Have gone through the steps many times. Using the installation assistant.I've updated the bios on the motherboardUpdated all of the drivers.Updated all software,WIndows 11 goes through the upgrade motions. Says it will reboot in 30 minutes. Then just reboots back to Windows 10 with no error messages, Like it never happened.I was able to find this information in the setuperr.log file.2025-02-21 18:17:50, Error IBSLIB BCD: BiCreateBootEntry: Could not retrieve BCD Object application path. Status: c00002

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?

The BCD or the EFI boot partition's file system is corrupt. Rebuilding the EFI boot partition fixes this issue.

If you need step-by-step assistance in this regard, boot into WinRE Command Prompt.

Then run:

• mountvol y: /s
  
• bcdedit
  
• diskpart
  
• list vol
  

For each command, photograph the screen and upload it to OneDrive.
