Windows 10: Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro from Home using Microsoft Store error 0x80070490

Dear community, recently I made an order Order number 4111841154, to upgrade my windows 11 Home to Pro using Microsoft Store, but the procedure ends to an error 0x80070490 whatever actions will do. How I can reitrieve the Windows 11 Pro product key that I purchased or how I can be refunded, because in my order history I cannot find such option..

I noticed some apps that needed updating on my tablet, so I clicked on the store icon expecting it to upgrade to the Microsoft store, but I get this: Well this is embarrassing. Followed by this error 0x80070490.

No problems upgrading it on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

I was upgrading a new Win 11 Home PC to Win 11 Pro from the Microsoft store.

During the install I also got the 0x80070490 error. After a reboot I had Windows 11 Enterprise installed and said it was Activated??? The next day Microsoft must have detected their error and deactivated my system. Still showed Win 11 Enterprise.

Tried the suggested generic product code and a few reboots later I still see Win 11 Pro is activated.

Seems too good to be true...

Hello, I've purchased Windows 11 Pro via Microsoft Store, however, I am unable to upgrade my installed version because of the 0x80070490 error. What can I do to resolve this problem?
