Windows 10: Upgrade to Windows 11 with i7-7500U

My laptop is a HP Spectre x360 13", i7-7500U 2 core 4 thread, 8GB RAM, 512GB Storage UEFI enabled and TPM 2.0. Technically speaking it meets those qualifications of the minimum requirements. But the CPU is also not listed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors. I have ran the PC Health Check and found that the CPU is the problem. My question is if my hardware is technically capable, what about my CPU is making my machine qualify to upgrade to Windows 11?

Win 11 compatibility

The WindowsPCHealthCheckSetup says I pass 3 of the 4 requirements, but that my processor isn't supported.

Yet my Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz appears on the list Windows 10 20H2 Supported Intel Processors.

What am I not understanding?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
