Windows 10: Upgrade Win 10 Enterprise Manually

Hi Dear Microsoft Team,


I would like to ask if it is possible to update manually Win 10 Enterprise LSTB OS downloading the last version personally. The computer I want to update is located in a remote position without access to internet connections and it has problems with network sharing (drive mapping). The Windows version that is being use is 1607 and I would like to update it to 1903. There is any chance to achieve this?

As it is an Enterprise edition, I haven't wanted to update with a home version. I have been looking the enterprise edition without success.

Is it possible to upgrade manually to win 10 from win 8.1 enterprise? I do not want to re-install all the current programs after win 10 installation :'(

So I'm not getting the upgrade to Win 10 Enterprise N with even my Win 7 Enterprise N license is genuine?
