Windows 10: Upgrade Win 11 from 22 to 23H2 failed and after that connect to my accounts isn´t possible

Automtically! Win 11 upgrade from 22H2 to 23H2 failed. After that I can´t enter my accounts because the password could be not checked. I tried all opportunities - including changing passwords - but the system is blocked. I tried a downgrade but the security programme asked for it my password as well with the result that I can´t enter my accounts. I can´t use my documents but I´ve to work, Let me know asap how this problem can be solved! Best Norbert

Possible upgrade question.

Possible upgrade question.  

I did a 2013 Dell Precision Desktop yesterday but couldn't change the file in the Mounted .iso file but downloaded a new creation of the USB drive and made the change, worked fine but like one of the Notebooks I had done get a message about not finding the TPM module.
