Windows 10: upgrade win 7pro to win 10 keeps failing.

I am attempting to upgrade a Toshiba C650 model PSC09C-15s01Q fro win7 pro to window 10. It goes through the whole download and install including applying updates. But it keeps failing and undoing all the changes it made.Error it is reporting is 0x8007001F 0x20006 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error REPLICATE_OC operationLooking it up indicates drivers are old. I have gone through all the drivers and updated to the newest I could find and still fails.

Going back to WIN-7Pro from WIN-10Pro

I upgraded to WIN-10 … it was hyped as great!

I'm still within the 30 days to go back to WIN-7.

I tried to go back and computer says some files have been removed and I can't! I didn't remove anything. Disappearing files is one of the reasons I want to go back to WIN-7.

My computer came with WIN-7 but I didn't get an “Install Disk” with the computer.

I did an “Anytime Update” to WIN-7Pro on 11/26/2011, Order#2533819

Since I can't go back to WIN-7Pro using “Recover”, I need a disk to return to WIN-7Pro.

How do I get a Disk???? I am willing to pay a nominal fee for a WIN-7Pro disk but feel I shouldn't have to pay for the software as I have already paid for WIN-7Pro.

How can I get a disk so I can go back to WIN-7Pro??? PLEASE direct me to the right person or department!
