Windows 10: Upgrade Win7 to 10 with Media Creation Error

Helo, I have problem with upgrad emy computer. Error : 0x800707E7 - 0x3000D, FIRST_BOOT, operation MIGRATE_DATA.

You might face this issue if the downloaded setup file is corrupted.

• Did you try to download the setup again?
• Did you try to upgrade through Windows Update?

First, I would suggest you to try updating through Windows Update and check if you are able to upgrade to Windows 10. If you are unable to upgrade through Windows Update, then I would suggest you to download the Windows 10 ISO again and save it locally
on the desktop and then try to run the upgrade.

If I were to use Windows 10 Media Creation tool and select the "Upgrade this PC now" option, would the upgraded Windows 10 OS be activated automatically? (Upgrading from a Genuine Win7 SP1/Win8.1 OS)?
