Windows 10: Upgrade Windows to which version

Hello,MS says that win 1903 end of life will be Dec 2020.So I start thinking to which version upgrade my system and I am confused.On Feb 2020 downloaded from Microsoft the 1909 iso file. Checking what version is it, result 10.0.18362 418 (?), file size properties 5,421,459,456 bytes.On July 2020 downloaded from Microsoft the 2004 iso file, version 10.0.19041 264.File size properties 5,268,953,088 bytes.So this is my confusion: Use the 1909 iso to do an in-place upgrade, but I doubt if it is 1909 according to the results as described above.Or, go right to the 2004 iso and in-place upgrade as did with 1903 before.I would like to have your opinions about this.In the meantime I will start making my homework.Answers will be appreciated.Thankswin 10 1903 x64, 18362.1049

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Anyone can upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for $14.99.

There are two upgrades for Windows8. The $40 offer which DOES not require a key for prior version of Windows and then there is the $14.99 version for recently new purchasers of a Win7 box WHICH requires in step 2 to enter your Windows7 key.

 

Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?
