Windows 10: Upgrade with Media Creation Tool stuck on 60% - Win10

Dear Sir/ Madam,Good day!Two days ago, I wanted to reset my Win10 to fabric factory. It turned out that reset PC was corrupted by throwing common issue like "There was a problem with resetting your PC, No changes were made" . It took almost a day before I figured out it. Then using sfc dism or other power shell scripts posted by Microsoft gave everything fine neither corrupted or broken files in the system. Running ren software software.001 threw the error "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process error" that means that the software hive ren softwa

• Is this the first time that you encountered this problem?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• May we know the reason why you want to download Media Creation Tool?

 

Media Creation Tool Failed

First of all it’s a desktop, two I can’t even get to the OS (clean SSD, USB tool)

I have already exhausted all the garden variety troubleshooting steps listed for the various errors I have received so far.

None of them were particularly helpful for cases where can get into the OS or open the media creation tool…

POST --> F12 --> Boot Menu --> Win10 Pro 64bit Media creation tool --> Enter --> Loads --> POST’s --> Blue Screen*

*(3 out of 4 errors, 1962 is just a lack of OS on drive)

I'm thinking its an bad system board

I am using media creation tool to install windows 10. when it has downloaded 100% it said to me to install. After several steps, it has reached a level where a blue color had come and said working on updates and it has reached 60%. then it has been 60% for
more than 4 hours and the charging completed and PC shutdown after then when I started PC it had saying undoing changes made to your computer At last have not installed windows 10.
