Windows 10: Upgraded Intel NUC computer to Win10 1903 and now PC crashes about every 2 days like clockwork.

I have an Intel NUC computer that I use to monitor a Davis weather station on my observatory. Up until I did a 1903 update everything worked like clock work. No issues. The only reason to restart or do anything to the unit was for an update. I upgraded the NUC to 1903 and the update went mostly clean. I had to download the update from the Microsoft site as the update manager would not see it. Since the update however my NUC has been rebooting just about every 2 days, sometimes 3. I have no idea what the cause but it makes my system basically worthless. Here is a screenshot of the Computer Management window and you can see the log. A few things of note. 1) This PC is on a UPS. I have a second PC on the same UPS. While I get occasional bounces in power from my local power company, none of these bounces correlate in time to the NUC reboots. The UPS does what it is designed to do and provides clean AC power to everything regardless of intermittent bounces. 2) The Davis interface is via USB and I have disabled USB selective suspend settings so Window should not be crashing because it has suspended communication with the Davis device.


Here is the log of the Event Manager on the crashes. The crashes start on 7/14/19 and proceed about every 2 days, sometimes 3. I installed 1903 on 7/11/19. Again, this is not due to power. Something is making the system crash but I'm not skilled enough in debugging a Windows issue such as this other than to see that there are obvious reboots occurring.

Intel Nuc BSOD multiple errors


Firstly i would like to thank Lifetec for the help!!!!!!!!

Despite my RAM being on the approved list from INTEL http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/...000016245.html it apears that there is a issue with this particular memery and 6th Gen NUC's.

I found this thread on the Intel forum Forums with others using the same ram as i did having the exact same problem as i did.

i bought 2 sticks of the Kingston ram recommended in the post and the NUC has been running perfect ever since

Now i wonder if i can get Intel to reimburse me for the Corsair ram that doesn't work as i bought it on there recommendation.
