Windows 10: Upgraded my PC and can't fix issues

Hi, I've recently upgraded my CPU AMD Ryzen 5000 and my motherboard MSI B550 Tomahawk and ever since I've been having issues and tried everything, I can open up my computer just fine and windows is activated BUT Steam, Discord and many other apps refuse the open and say they're not connected to the internet despite the fact that I can open and search up on Google just fine. It says the userenv.dll file is missing/corrupt but my many attempts to fix that have been unsuccessful. I went in Command Prompt, typed in system file checker and it just tells me "windows resource protection could not

Just try it through Windows update, you shouldn`t have any issues.

Excellent question Navy, that`s probabaly why. If not then, as suggested, just use the Media Creation Tool and choose upgrade this PC in Step 3.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
