Windows 10: Upgraded pc new motherboard and now my digital key isn't working

As title reads I upgraded my pc from an old build from 2017 to a new one that just came in today. I looked into my digital license before upgrading just to make sure there won't be any problems with it but now after the upgrade I can't activate it anymore. When I try it refers to a device that I don't have connected to my microsoft account that uses Windows 10 Pro not Home which was what my previous pc had as well.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

i have a question...

if i need to upgrade components on my pc, installing a new motherboard + processor + memory , me having a digital key, will i need to purchase a new digital key, or the digital key i have currently on my pc be used on the new components?
