Windows 10: Upgraded rig and have started to get freezes leading to BSoD at really odd times.

At the start of the month I replaced my old motherboard with an ASRockx870 riptide, alongside it I got a ryzen 9 9900x, and some corsair vengeance 32gb DDR5. Cousin isn't really a PC builder or anything but dabbles with it and had built my last build i have been using for years without issues. Problems started when we finished the build and tried to put Windows 10 into the drive and boot turns out that the lan drivers wont even work without windows 11 from that device and nothing. And once he brute forced the system somehow to boot into windows 10 as expected internet would not work and w

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

 

Mining Rig screen freezes and stays frozen until I restart the rig manually

Like the title says, the Mining rig doesn't crash, doesn't give me a BSOD. it only freezes on the same frame it was in

I've searched for the problem in event viewer and found this:

Pc bsod to bios

Currently replying on iPhone, I’ll give you a proper timeline Step 1) during the program of tuneup plus my pc bsod 3 times but I was finally able to get the info Step 2) Restore point was easy and done quick which now leads to step 3 Step 3) After starting the WDV my pc bsod with the stop code of “System thread exception not handled” following the steps I open command prompt and tried to turn it off which says that nothing was changed, so then after a couple of bsod’s later I manage to go back to my restore point which now leads to a problem I cant seem to fix where when I try to open my pc it says something is wrong with my pin with error code (0x80090016) If needed I do have the tuneup plus info Trying to solve the pin problem if anyone suggestions please inform me.
