    Upgraded storage but still can't send emails


    I upgraded my storage on outlook, but it still won't let me send an email and says I am lacking storage. When I click on the upgrade tab, it shows my upgrade. What do I do? I have not been able to get ahold of anyone from Microsoft. Thank you!

    Default email won't send or receive emails on Windows 10

    To properly address this concern, I would like to gather more information. Kindly answer the following questions below:

    • Are you using Outlook.com, Outlook application, or the Mail app for Windows 10?
    • What type of email account are you using? (POP, IMAP or Exchange)
