I upgraded to Windows 11 this week 5/26. I am unable to use HP Scanjet Pro 3000 s3 scanner. How do I fix this problem?

HP Scanjet Pro 2500 f1 is not working on Windows 11

Hi,

I have an HP Scanjet Pro 2500 f1 scanner that was working perfectly before with Windows 10. I just changed my PC and now I am on Windows 11 but I am not able to connect my scanner on Windows 11, I tried Uninstalling reinstalling, restarting my PC, removing the driver, and reinstalling it but nothing worked for me.

The error it gives when we try to run HP Scan software is "the HP Scanjet Pro 2500 f1 Flatbed scanner was not found".

Any Solution to make it work on Windows 11 please share.

HP Scanjet G3010 Not working after Windows 10 Upgrade

Thanks for the response.

Am sorry to say that all the steps you have now prescribed have elsewhere in Community given and I tried not once but more than 3 times doing the same. Even today morning I did the same procedures of Uninstalling reinstalling the HP Scanjet G3010 Drivers
& softwares . Still it is the same problem persists.

Suggest me some ting New which is not available in either Microsoft community or in HP Service support Forum.

Am sorry none of the above you suggested have worked including compatibility mode installation.

I again repeat , request to try to discuss with HP and ind a solution Am sorry This statement does not underestimate your individual capability but My problem exists after upgrading to Windows 10 OS only Not with Windows 7 Ultimate
