    Upgraded to Windows 10, now get RapportKE64.sys failure and blue screen


    I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Home. After Windows 10 installation was complete, all seemed fine. I restarted to make sure all would still work.


    Blue screen appeared with stop code "memory management" and RapportKE64.sys as reported failure.


    Attempted restarts with self diagnostic repair. No change, and system continues to repeat the blue screen.


    Entered Safe Mode to uninstall Trusteer. Pop up says "Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed."


    Any ideas?
