Windows 10: Upgrading from Windows 7 freezes

I've tried this twice now. Whenever I try to upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7 it will freeze at 83%. I'll restart my computer and it loads back my windows 7 build. I've looked around and I'm unsure how to fix this.
