Windows 10: Upgrading SSD and reinstalling windows 11.

I recently purchased a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 7020 with a 3.6ghz Intel i7-4790 and 32gb RAM. It has Windows 11 pro installed ona 500gb SSD. I'm trying to upgrade the SSD to a 2TB SSD. I've created a USB disk with Windows on it, but when I try to boot up the PC, the software says the system doesn't meet the minimum spec to support Windows 11. How can I go forward?

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
   

 

How do Install Windows 11 on a replacement SSD for my PC

I have a GEEKOM miniair 11 with a 256 MB ssd drive. I want to upgrade to a 1 TB SSD drive.

The 1 TB SSD has no OS. How do I get Windows 11 for my replacement drive? I only have one slot for the SSD. I read I cannot use an external USB connected hard drive cannot be used as a boot drive to reinstall Windows 11 on the new SSD. Any suggestions?

 

Upgraded Windows Transfer from HDD to SSD

Hi

My windows was upgraded from 8 to 10 on my laptop few years back. I was trying to get the HDD replaced with SSD. During the copy process, the technician said windows cannot be moved to SSD as it is an upgraded version from 8 to 10.

Kindly guide if there is a possibility to copy the windows to SSD ? If so, please suggest the steps.
